Nope. No account, no login, no software to learn. Just upload your list, upload your message, choose a card, and pay. That's it.
What if my list has errors or bad addresses?
Your cards are printed and mailed exactly as uploaded. We'd encourage you to double-check your list before submitting — once your order is placed and sent to print, we're not able to make changes. Undeliverable cards will be returned to your return address.
Can I type my message instead of handwriting it?
You can. That said, there's something genuinely special about your own handwriting showing up in someone's mailbox — we'd encourage it if you have five minutes.
How long does delivery take?
Your cards typically ship within 2 business days of your order. From there, standard USPS delivery takes a few more days depending on your recipients' locations.
Is postage really included?
Yes. $2.99 per card covers everything — printing, the card, the envelope, postage, and mailing. Tax is included too.
Can I send cards to recipients outside the United States?
At this time ThankAfter ships to U.S. addresses only.
What file format does my recipient list need to be in?
We accept CSV and Excel files. Not sure about the format? Download our free list template before you start — it takes the guesswork out completely.
How do I upload my handwritten message?
Write your thank-you message on our printable template, then take a clear photo or scan it. Upload the image during checkout. We replicate it on every card so every recipient gets your actual words in your actual handwriting.
How many cards can I send in one order?
Orders start at 10 cards. No maximum — whether you're sending 10 or 500, the process and price are the same.
What cards can I choose from?
We offer a selection of artist-designed thank-you cards in both portrait and landscape. You'll choose your design during checkout.
What is my return address used for?
Your return address is printed on every envelope, just like you sent each one yourself. If any cards are undeliverable, USPS will return them to that address.
