Approve & Pay for Your Mailing

    ThankAfter Uploads Your Mailing List

    We'll take your CSV, split it into monthly list, and attach it to the appropriate Event for your review. You will see a number in the attendees section of your event. Double click on the event to open the details page.

    Review the List

    Log into the ThankAfter app to review the final list of recipients. Recipients may be removed by deselecting the checkbox beside their name. Recipients may be added by uploading csv or following the event link, and completing the online form. Review the entire list. Set event dates early if you want cards delivered before a specific holiday or birthday month. Approve and pay monthly to keep your card shipments on track. You are responsible for its accuracy.

    Approve & Pay

    When you are satisfied with the event’s mailing list accuracy, select "Next". Select "Approve" Proceed to Payment. Exclusive ICBN Member Offer. No matter what quantity of cards are being mailed, you will receive ThankAfter’s best rate guarantee of $1.88 per card + postage & taxes. Cards will be mailed within 3 days after payment confirmation based upon the Event’s predefined ship date. Confirmation of Shipment will be emailed and updated in the software.
