1. Go Back to the ThankAfter Software. Navigate to Events. 2. Click "Create Event". Name the Event based on the group and reason (e.g. "February Medicare Birthdays" or "March Medicare Seminar"). 3. Enter Your Sender Info. Make Sure your pharmacy address is correct-this address prints on the envelopes. 4. Set the Mailing Date. Choose the date you want the cards sent. 5. Select Your Card Style. 6. Upload the JPG image of the handwritten note (the photos you took earlier). 7. Click "Submit" This notifies ThankAfter that you event is ready.
Hint: For monthly Birthday Card mailings, save time by creating each month’s event for the full year at the start of the year. Upload your full year mailing list. ThankAfter will help manage your recipients.
