Open the Mailing List - Recipients Template (CSV). Provide the following details for each recipient: First Name, Last Name, Street Address (include Apt #), City, State, ZIP, Birth Month, and Birth Year. Ensure completeness of information provided
ICBN Member Exclusive Offer. Download and export your full year mailing list at the beginning of the year. ThankAfter will sort your list by month and add to your “Events”.
Email the CSV to ThankAfter. In the Email Subject Line include your name, pharmacy name, and the Event Name. Send file to customercare@thankafter.com. Note: Incomplete rows/undeliverable cards will be invoiced.
