ThankAfter allows users to upload a handwritten note, which we replicate using a proprietary process and send as printed thank-you cards to designated recipients.
2. Account
You must be 18 or older to use ThankAfter. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant ThankAfter a license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
4. Payment & Billing
All services are billed in advance. Pricing and subscription options are available on our website. No refunds are issued once an order is printed and sent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ThankAfter to send unlawful, abusive, or defamatory content, or any material that violates another person’s rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including design, branding, and software, is owned by ThankAfter and may not be used without our permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
We provide our services “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for postal delays or incorrect recipient information provided by users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
