1. Overview
ThankAfter is a post-event thank-you card service that prints, addresses, stamps, and mails physical cards on behalf of its customers. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
ThankAfter provides the following:
- Acceptance of customer-uploaded recipient lists in CSV or Excel format
- Replication of customer-uploaded handwritten or typed messages onto physical cards
- Printing, addressing, stamping, and mailing of cards via USPS to U.S. addresses only
- A selection of artist-designed card fronts for customers to choose from
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of your recipient list, including all names and mailing addresses
- The content of your handwritten or typed message
- Ensuring your uploaded files are correctly formatted per our provided templates
- Verifying your recipient count before completing your order
ThankAfter is not responsible for cards that are undeliverable, misdirected, or returned due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Undeliverable cards will be returned to the return address provided at checkout. ThankAfter does not independently validate or verify the addresses in an uploaded list.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders are priced at $2.99 per card, tax included
- Orders are subject to a ten (10) card minimum
- Your total is calculated based on the number of recipients you confirm at checkout
- Payment is collected in full at the time of order via Stripe
- All sales are final — we do not offer refunds once an order has been submitted and sent to print
- By confirming your order you acknowledge that your recipient count and uploaded content are accurate
5. Turnaround and Delivery
ThankAfter typically mails your cards within 2 business days of your confirmed order. Delivery times thereafter are subject to USPS transit times. ThankAfter is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control.
6. Content Standards
By uploading a message or image to ThankAfter, you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use the content you upload
- Your message does not contain unlawful,
